GV Mechanical Parts was born in the Motor Valley in 1995 as a small mechanical company manufacturing high precision components. In 1999 the first prototype of a presetting bench has been implemented to reduce the purchase of a high number of ring masters and gage blocks for every new commission.
Until 2002 the company worked for the improvement of the TAR-AL and its patents so that in the same year the first commercial unit has been marketed.
Nowadays GV is a metrology company, proud for having sold over 1.000 presetting benches all over the world.
In 2014 GV lauches the new measuring center for shafts GIOTTO.
GV engineers constantly the new solutions in partnership with the University of Bologna, mechanical and engineering faculty.
